Because these variations are a testament to the artisan's craft rather than flaws, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless a genuine manufacturing defect is present.

All monogram fields (except for name smocks) may be left blank if preferred. If you are choosing to add a monogram, please enter the initials in FLM order (First, Last, Middle) using all capital letters. If no monogram is entered, your item will arrive blank. Monogramming is complimentary on all eligible items.
