Shipping policy

Dally Jae Smock Co LLC Primarily operates on a PREORDER base. All preorders have an estimated arrival (ETA) that is listed on each product. Once inventory is received, we will begin shipping customer orders.

    •    Keep in mind that an ETA is not a guaranteed delivery date. If you’re uordering for a specific event or occasion, we highly recommend having a backup option just in case.
    •    Once the shipment arrives to us please allow up to 5 full business days ( Monday- Friday ) for order fulfillment and shipping.
